Hello! I’m Rachael, and I am a level 3 EIDBI Provider working out of the Waubun clinic! I’m passionate about supporting people as they navigate their unique lived experiences. I approach my work with curiosity rather than judgment and value building genuine, trusting connections. As a neurodivergent person, I understand how important it is to feel seen, supported, and not alone in your journey.
What You Can Expect When Working With Me
You can expect a safe, accepting space where you’re encouraged to show up exactly as you are. I will do the same, and together we’ll explore what feels most helpful and meaningful each day.
I value creating an environment where we can find structure within the flow and calm within the chaos. I bring patience, flexibility, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human—there is no one “right” way to be.
I focus on building trust, connection, and understanding. My goal is to support people in a way that helps them feel less alone in their experiences. I value seeing things from multiple perspectives and approaching each person with curiosity and care.
Who I Work Best With
I work especially well with individuals who are neurodivergent or exploring their identity and lived experiences. I connect with people who value curiosity, openness, and a non-judgmental approach to growth.
If you’ve ever felt misunderstood or alone in your journey, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported. I also work well with those who appreciate flexibility, collaboration, and meeting each day as it comes.
A Bit More About Me
I have two cats and love spending time outdoors—especially swimming. Movement is an important part of my life, whether that’s dancing, stretching, walking, or simply being in my body. I enjoy playing piano and hope to learn the drums someday. I also love spending time with my nieces and nephews and appreciating the little things in everyday life.
Pronouns: She/they
Interests: Music, nature, animals, baking, dancing, TV and movies, pregnancy and birth, and human development/psychology
I have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a Personal Care Assistant (PCA). While my clinical experience is still growing, much of my understanding comes from my lived experience as a neurodivergent person, as well as from supporting and connecting with neurodiverse loved ones and an online community. I am currently training in DIR and really enjoying the approach.
